Short answer: In Kenya, Exness (KE) Limited lists M-Pesa for deposits and withdrawals on its Kenyan website, exness.ke. You deposit from the Deposit tab of your Personal Area, using an M-Pesa line registered in your own name, and you withdraw from the Withdraw tab. The minimum and maximum amounts, fees and processing time are not the same everywhere and Exness shows them per method inside the Personal Area, so read them there before you pay. For Tanzania, we could not confirm from Exness's public pages that M-Pesa is offered, so check the Deposit tab after you register.
This guide covers the steps, the rules that stop most M-Pesa payments from working, and what to do if a deposit or withdrawal is pending. Facts come from exness.ke and the Exness Help Center, checked on October 27, 2026. We did not make an M-Pesa payment ourselves.
Exness M-Pesa conditions at a glance

| Minimum and maximum amount | Shown per method in the Deposit and Withdraw tabs. Minimums are checked after conversion to the account currency | Payment method information |

All checked October 27, 2026. Third-party comparison sites quote different M-Pesa minimums (for example USD 10 or KES 500). Treat those as unverified and use the figure shown in your Personal Area.
How to deposit with M-Pesa
- Register with Exness and complete verification.
- Log in to the Personal Area and open the Deposit tab.
- Choose M-Pesa if it is listed for your region.
- Enter the amount and select the trading account to fund, then click Continue and Confirm.
- Follow the instructions on the screen. Use the M-Pesa line registered in your own name and approve the prompt on your phone.
- Open Transaction history, filter to Deposits, and check the status: Done, Processing or Rejected.
Choose the deposit currency carefully. The same currency is used for withdrawal and the exchange rate applies at the time of the transaction. Start the payment inside the Personal Area, not outside it. For a first deposit, see Exness minimum deposit, since Standard and Standard Cent are low but Pro, Raw Spread and Zero need at least USD 200 depending on region.
How to withdraw to M-Pesa
- Open the Withdraw tab and choose M-Pesa, if listed.
- Enter the amount (the most you can withdraw is your free margin) and the M-Pesa number registered in your name.
- Confirm with your security type (email, SMS, authentication app or push approval).
- Track the request in Transaction history. The processing time shown is an average and a maximum.
If the name on the M-Pesa line does not match the name on your Exness account, the withdrawal fails. Your bank card or wallet in someone else's name will not work either. See Exness withdrawal time and deposit and withdrawal.
M-Pesa pending, failed or under maintenance
| Problem | Likely cause | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| M-Pesa not in the list | Not verified, not offered for your registered region, or provider offline | Check verification, retry later, use another listed method |
| STK push does not arrive | Phone network or SIM issue | Check the number, network and that the line is yours; retry once, do not pay twice |
| Deposit shows Processing | Within the average to maximum time | Wait until the maximum shown has passed |
| Money left M-Pesa, not in Exness | Delay or provider issue | Keep the M-Pesa confirmation SMS and transaction code; open Transaction history and click Get support |
| Withdrawal not received | Processing, name mismatch, or the other side | Check Transaction history; if the maximum time has passed, raise a support request |
| Payment rejected | Third-party line or limit | Use a line registered in your name; check the amount limits shown |
When you contact support, give: the Exness invoice ID, the M-Pesa transaction code, the amount, the date and time, and your trading account number. Payment methods can be offline for routine provider maintenance, so a missing M-Pesa option does not always mean a problem with your account.

We could not confirm any Airtel Money or other mobile money option on Exness's public pages. Whatever is available for your registered region appears in the Deposit tab with its own limits and processing time. Do not use a mobile line registered to a relative or a friend.
