Exness UPI Deposit: Not Showing, Not Working and How to Fix It

Short answer: Exness does not publish a fixed list of deposit methods. The methods you see, including UPI, depend on your registered region, your verification status and whether the payment provider is currently online. If UPI is not showing, it is almost always one of those three things. If UPI works but money was debited and not credited, open Transaction history in the Personal Area, find the deposit, and raise a support request from it with your bank debit record and UPI reference number.

This page explains where to look for UPI, the steps for an Exness deposit from India, the usual reasons a UPI deposit fails, what evidence to keep, and how withdrawals come back to INR. Rules come from the Exness Help Center, checked on October 27, 2026. The Help Center has no UPI-specific article, so limits, fees and processing times for UPI are not quoted here: Exness says each method shows its own processing time, fee and minimum/maximum in the Deposit tab, and that is the figure to trust.

Is UPI available for Exness deposits?

Exness states that the payment methods shown to you in the Personal Area (PA) depend on three things: the region you registered from (it cannot be changed later), your account verification status, and the current availability of the payment provider. Only the methods displayed in the Deposit tab are available for that transaction.

What decides if UPI appears	What to check

A Recommended tag in the Deposit tab means Exness considers the method highly successful in your region. Previously used methods are shown under My saved methods.

How to deposit to Exness step by step

The general process in the Exness Help Center is the same for every method. Screens for UPI may differ slightly.

1. Log in to the Personal Area and complete verification if you have not.
2. Open the Deposit tab from the main menu.
3. Choose a payment method from those shown. If UPI is listed, select it.
4. Enter the amount and choose the trading account to fund, then click Continue.
5. Check the summary and click Confirm.
6. Follow the on-screen instructions for the method until the payment completes in your UPI app.
7. Open Transaction history and filter to deposits to see the status: Done, Processing or Rejected.

Rules that apply to every method:

• Deposits can be started 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• Third-party payments are not allowed. The payment account must be registered under your full legal name and match the name on your Exness account.
• Start every payment inside the PA. Avoid payments initiated outside it.
• Double-check entered details, since errors delay deposits.
• Minimum deposits depend on account type and region. Standard accounts are lower; Pro, Raw Spread and Zero need at least USD 200 depending on region. See Exness minimum deposit.
• Exness does not charge deposit processing fees, though a bank or payment provider may.

Exness UPI not showing: causes and fixes

Do not use another person's UPI ID or bank account, and do not try to change your registered country to see different methods. Exness does not allow third-party payments, and doing so can freeze withdrawals.

Money debited but not credited

Exness shows the processing time for each method as an average and a maximum. Most deposits finish in the average time but can take up to the maximum. Wait until the maximum has passed, then:

1. Open Transaction history, filter to Deposits and click the transaction. The timeline and invoice ID show how it is being processed.
2. Click Get support from that transaction to raise a request.
3. Attach evidence: your bank statement line for the debit, the UPI reference number (UTR) from your UPI app, the date and time, the amount, the trading account number, and the invoice ID.
4. Keep screenshots of the payment page and the Rejected or Processing status.
5. If your bank shows the debit as failed, it normally reverses to your account on the bank's own timeline. Ask your bank for the reversal status as well.

UPI apps and bank accounts

Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm and similar apps are only the apps used to approve a UPI payment. What matters to Exness is the payment account behind the app: it must be in your name. We could not confirm from Exness's Help Center which UPI apps or handles are accepted, so follow the instructions shown after you choose UPI in the Deposit tab.

UPI limits and fees

Exness shows the minimum and maximum for each method in the Deposit tab, and some methods have daily, weekly or monthly maximums; you are notified during the attempt if you reach one. Your bank and your UPI app have their own daily limits, which apply separately. We do not quote a UPI limit because Exness does not publish one in its Help Center and it can change. Verification lifts deposit limits on the Exness side.

Withdrawing back to INR

• Withdrawal methods are also region-based. Check the Withdraw tab in the PA.
• The payment account must be in the same full legal name as your Exness account, or the withdrawal fails.
• The deposit currency you choose is the one used when you withdraw, and an exchange rate applies at the time of the transaction.
• The most you can withdraw at once equals the free margin of the trading account.
• A request using an unverified bank card with no previous deposits is rejected until the card is verified.
• If the maximum processing time shown has passed, raise a support request from Transaction history.

Trading in INR

INR is on Exness's list of account currencies for Standard, Pro, Raw Spread and Zero accounts. The account currency cannot be changed after you choose it. My UPI payment was debited but Exness did not credit it. What should I do?

Wait for the maximum processing time shown, then open Transaction history, select the deposit and click Get support. Attach your bank debit record, the UPI reference number and the invoice ID.

Can I deposit from someone else's UPI ID or a family member's account?

No. Exness does not allow third-party payments. The payment account must be in your full legal name and match your Exness account.

Does Exness charge a fee for UPI deposits?

Exness says it does not charge deposit or withdrawal processing fees, but banks and providers may. Any fee for a specific method is shown in the Deposit tab.

How do I withdraw to my bank in India?

Open the Withdraw tab and use a method listed for your region, in your own name. The same currency used to deposit is used to withdraw, and the maximum is your free margin.
