Short answer: Exness does not use one deposit time for everyone. Each payment method shows its own average-to-maximum processing time on the Deposit tab of your Personal Area (PA) before you confirm, and the average is what you should normally expect. Deposits can be started 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays. If the maximum time has passed and the money is not in your trading account, open the deposit in Transaction history and choose Get support.

We checked the Exness Help Center on October 27, 2026. It does not publish a table of fixed deposit times per method, so this page does not invent one. Instead it shows you where the real number appears, what changes it, and what to do when a deposit is late. For the full list of rules and withdrawals, see Exness payments and Exness withdrawal time.

Deposit time by method

Method typeWhat decides the timeWhere to read the figure
Bank cardCard network and issuing bankDeposit tab, shown as average to maximum
Mobile money and local wallets (M-Pesa, GCash and similar, where offered)Provider confirmation of your paymentDeposit tab; availability depends on region
Bank transfer and local bank railsBank cut-off times, intermediary banks, working daysDeposit tab; the bank side is outside Exness's control
E-walletsWallet providerDeposit tab, if the wallet is offered in your region
Crypto (USDT, Bitcoin and others)Blockchain network confirmationsDeposit tab, if offered in your region

Exness says the processing time shown in the PA is the average to the maximum, and that deposits can take up to the maximum length shown (Why is my deposit not reflecting?). Which methods you see depends on your registered region (which cannot be changed later), your verification status and whether the provider is currently available. That is why a method that is instant for a friend in another country may not exist for you.

What changes how fast a deposit is credited

  • The method you choose. The same amount can show very different times on two methods. Compare them on the Deposit tab before you pick.
  • Verification. Exness says verification is required before payment transactions become available, and accounts that are not fully verified have deposit limits. Some regions disable deposits until verification is complete (Why Exness account verification is important). See Exness verification.
  • Weekends and holidays. Deposits work on weekends and holidays, but anything that needs a verification step can be slower because they are not working days (source).
  • Name match. Payment accounts must be in your full legal name and match your Exness profile. Third-party payments are not allowed.
  • Currency and conversion. Exchange rates apply at the moment of the transaction. Depositing in your trading account currency avoids conversion problems with the minimum amount (First-time deposits).
  • Paying from outside the PA. Exness asks you to start all payments in the PA and to avoid direct payments initiated elsewhere.

How to deposit into Exness, step by step

Steps vary by method, but Exness gives this general process (How to deposit into a trading account):

  1. Log in to your Personal Area and open the Deposit tab. (You need a registered account first: how to log in.)
  2. Select a payment method from the ones shown. Note the minimum and maximum limit and the processing time.
  3. Enter the deposit amount, pick the trading account, and select Continue.
  4. Check the summary and select Confirm.
  5. You are redirected to the payment provider's page. Complete the payment there.
  6. Watch the status in Transaction history: Processing until finished, then Done.

In the Exness Trade app the same flow is under Accounts, then Deposit (Exness Trade: Deposits). Before depositing, make sure your account is verified, your method is available in your region and the payment account is in your name. A first deposit is required before you can trade.

Start with the same currency as your trading account

If a method shows a minimum in another currency, Exness calculates it after conversion. Paying in your account currency keeps the minimum easy to read and avoids conversion costs.

Deposit not credited: what to do

  1. Open Transaction history, filter to deposits and click the transaction. Read the status and the timeline.
  2. Compare the elapsed time with the maximum processing time shown for that method. Before that, the correct action is to wait.
  3. Confirm the money actually left your account: bank debit, wallet record, card statement or, for crypto, the transaction hash.
  4. If the status is Rejected, the payment was cancelled; the reason may vary. Use the support option on the transaction.
  5. If the maximum has passed and the money is debited, choose Get support on that transaction. Include the invoice ID, date, amount, currency, method and proof of payment.
  6. Do not make the same deposit again until you know what happened to the first one.

If the trading account is the problem rather than the payment, check whether it is archived (restore it in My Accounts), disabled (ask support to reactivate it) or not fully verified (account unavailable for deposit).

Payment method missing or under maintenance

Payment methods can become temporarily unavailable when payment providers do maintenance. Exness tells you to use any other available method, or wait for your preferred method to return (Available payment methods). Some methods also need extra verification of the payment account before you can use them. The Deposit tab is the only list that is accurate for your account today.

Deposit limits and minimums

ItemWhat Exness says
First depositRequired before trading; Standard accounts need a low minimum depending on method and region; professional accounts (Pro, Raw Spread, Zero) need at least USD 200, depending on region
Later depositsOnly the payment method's minimum applies
Method limitsShown as minimum to maximum per transaction; a few methods set daily, weekly or monthly maximums and tell you in the PA
Unverified accountsLow deposit limit; raised with identity documents and lifted with proof of address

Deposit fees

Exness says it does not charge deposit or withdrawal processing fees, and that most methods have no deposit fee, but certain payment methods and banks may charge (source). Your card issuer, bank or wallet may also add costs, and a different currency adds conversion. The Deposit tab shows the fee, if any, before you confirm. Trading costs are separate: Exness fees.

Which payment methods are available in your country?

Availability is by registered region, not by where you are today. Country pages with local payment detail: Kenya, India, Pakistan, Nigeria, South Africa. For crypto and e-wallets see USDT and crypto and PayPal, Skrill and Neteller.

FAQ

How long does an Exness deposit take?

It depends on the payment method. The Deposit tab shows an average and a maximum processing time for each method, and most deposits arrive within the average. We found no single time that applies to all methods in the Exness Help Center.

Why is my Exness deposit not showing?

Usually it is still processing or the provider has not confirmed it. Check Transaction history for the status. If the maximum time has passed, use Get support on the transaction with your proof of payment.

Can I deposit on weekends?

Yes. Exness says deposits, withdrawals and transfers work on weekends and holidays, but steps that need verification can be slower.

What is the minimum Exness deposit?

Standard accounts have a low minimum first deposit that depends on method and region. Pro, Raw Spread and Zero accounts need at least USD 200 depending on region. After the first deposit only the payment method's minimum applies.

Can I deposit with someone else's card or wallet?

No. Payment accounts must be in your full legal name and match your Exness profile.

Do I need to be verified before depositing?

Exness says verification is required before payment transactions become available, and limits apply until you are fully verified. Check your PA for the requirement in your region.
