Exness Withdrawal Problems: Pending, Rejected or Delayed (2026 Fixes)

Short answer: Most Exness withdrawal problems come from five things: an account that is not fully verified, a payment account whose name does not match your Exness profile, a withdrawal larger than your free margin, a payment method that needs a refund or extra verification first, or simply a transaction that is still inside the processing time shown for that method. Open Transaction history in your Personal Area (PA), click the withdrawal, and read its status and timeline before you contact anyone.

This page is about things going wrong: a withdrawal that stays pending, is rejected or cancelled, or never arrives. For normal timings and the step-by-step process, see Exness withdrawal time and Exness payments. Everything below that states an Exness rule comes from the Exness Help Center pages listed under each section, checked on October 27, 2026. We did not make a withdrawal to test these cases, and conditions differ by country, so treat the PA as the final word for your account.

The 5-point check before you open a ticket

  1. Status. In the PA go to Transaction history, filter to withdrawals and click the item. A status of Processing means it is not finished, Done means Exness has completed it, and Rejected means it was cancelled for a reason that can vary (PA: Payments & wallets).
  2. Processing time. Each method shows an average and a maximum time. Most withdrawals finish within the average, but some take up to the maximum. Withdrawal processing time can vary by payment method. (Why is my withdrawal not reflecting?).
  3. Name match. The payment account must be registered in the exact full legal name on your Exness account, or the withdrawal fails (General withdrawal rules).
  4. Free margin. The most you can withdraw at once equals the free margin of the trading account (same source).
  5. Verification. Deposits and withdrawals are limited until verification is complete (Why is my trading account unavailable for deposit/withdrawal?). See Exness verification.

Why an Exness withdrawal is pending, rejected or delayed

SymptomLikely cause (per Exness Help Center)What to do
Stays on ProcessingMaximum processing time for the method has not passed yetWait until the maximum time shown; weekends and holidays can slow anything that needs verification (outside business hours)
Rejected to a bank cardUnverified card with no prior deposit; payout is rejected and you are asked to verify the cardComplete the card verification shown in the PA, or use another available method
Rejected to a prepaid cardSome prepaid card issuers do not support profit withdrawals; the amount returns to your trading account within a few hoursChoose another method; contact support if the method needs verification (Prepaid cards)
Preferred method is missingMethod depends on registered region, verification status and provider availability; providers go into maintenanceUse another listed method or wait until it returns (Available payment methods)
Withdrawal blocked on the accountAccount archived, disabled, not fully verified, or has account-specific restrictionsRestore it in My Accounts, finish verification, or open a ticket (source)
Amount above what you can requestMaximum equals free margin; each method also has its own minimum and maximumLower the amount, or check limits shown for the method
Account with no trading activityExness reserves the right to investigate, cancel or add charges on withdrawals from accounts with no trading activityContact support with the details of the deposit
Balance shows a rounded figureIn some currencies the displayed balance rounds down decimals; the amount you requested is still the amount withdrawn (Why did the withdrawal amount change?)Open the item in Transaction history to confirm the amount

Two more rules are worth knowing: a submitted withdrawal cannot be cancelled (Can I cancel my withdrawal?), so check the destination before you confirm, and bank card deposits are refunded to the card first. Pending card refunds appear at the top of the Withdraw tab.

Fixes by payment method

Exness does not publish one global list of methods; the Withdrawal tab shows what applies to your region. These are the general patterns, written from Exness rules plus normal payment practice.

Method typeTypical problemFix
Bank cardRefund rule, unverified card, expired cardWithdraw the card deposit amount to the card first; profits then go to another available method. Check pending refunds at the top of the Withdraw tab
Bank transferName mismatch, wrong account number, bank-side delayCompare the beneficiary name with your Exness profile, re-check the account number, then ask your bank to trace the incoming transfer using the transaction ID
Mobile money and local wallets (for example M-Pesa in Kenya)Wrong phone number, wallet in someone else's name, provider maintenanceUse your own registered number and wallet; if the method vanishes, it is probably in maintenance. See Exness Kenya
Local bank or UPI-style railsBank rejects a payment from a foreign senderAsk your bank whether it accepts the credit; keep the reference number from the PA
E-walletsWallet name does not match, wallet account limitedCheck the wallet's own status and limits; see Exness e-wallets
Crypto (USDT, BTC)Wrong network or address, blockchain confirmationsCopy the address again, confirm the network, and look up the transaction on a block explorer. See Exness USDT and crypto

Keep your payment methods consistent

Using the same method and the same name for deposits and withdrawals removes most rejections. Saved methods appear at the top of the Deposit and Withdrawal tabs after a successful transaction, and Exness says a saved method cannot be deleted or edited (Saved payment methods).

Withdrawal not received: how to trace it

  1. In Transaction history, open the withdrawal and note the invoice ID, amount, currency, method and the timeline of events.
  2. Compare today's time with the maximum processing time shown for that method. Before it passes, there is usually nothing for support to do.
  3. Check the receiving side: bank statement (look for the credit under a different description), wallet history, or the blockchain explorer for a crypto withdrawal.
  4. Account for conversion. Exchange rates apply at the moment of the transaction, and the currency you withdraw in must be the one you deposited in (General deposit rules). A smaller amount arriving can be a conversion or a bank fee rather than a missing payment.
  5. If the maximum time has passed, choose Get support on that transaction. The ticket then carries the transaction details with it.

Daily limit and minimum withdrawal

Exness says there is no limit on the number of withdrawal attempts per day, but each payment method shows its own minimum and maximum, and a few methods impose daily, weekly or monthly maximums that the PA tells you about when you reach them (Payment method information). The minimum is calculated after conversion to your account currency, so withdrawing in the account currency avoids surprises. We did not find a single worldwide minimum or daily cap in the Help Center; read the figure on the method screen.

Verification and withdrawals

Verification is the cause behind many "rejected" reports. Exness describes three levels: an account with email, phone and personal details has a low deposit limit; adding a completed economic profile and a proof of identity raises it; adding an accepted proof of address removes the limit apart from what the payment method allows. Some regions disable deposits until the account is fully verified (Why Exness account verification is important). Fix this first: Exness verification guide.

What to send support and how to escalate

  • Use Get support from the transaction itself, so the ticket is attached to it. Exness's account-closing page also points to a Payment Support Form for payment problems.
  • Include: invoice ID, date and time, amount and currency, method, the name on the receiving account, and a screenshot of the status screen.
  • Add proof from the receiving side if the money did not arrive: a bank statement line or the blockchain transaction hash.
  • Do not close your Personal Area to "reset" a problem. Exness states that termination is permanent, that the same email cannot be used to open a new account, and that most payment issues can be solved without closing it (Exness account termination).
  • If the ticket does not resolve it, you can complain to the financial regulator that supervises the Exness entity for your region. The entity name is in your Client Agreement; see Exness regulation and Exness customer support.

Watch for scam "recovery" offers

If a withdrawal is stuck, people sometimes appear in comments and messages offering to recover it for a fee. Exness warns about fraudsters who copy its branding, says it will never ask for your password or one-time codes, and advises against sending funds to unknown bank accounts, cards, wallets or crypto addresses (Account safety). Use only the official Personal Area and Support Hub.

FAQ

Why is my Exness withdrawal pending?

It is usually still inside the processing window. The PA shows an average and a maximum time for the method. If the maximum has passed, or the transaction shows a verification request, raise a ticket from Transaction history.

Why was my Exness withdrawal rejected?

The common reasons in the Help Center are an unverified bank card with no prior deposit, a prepaid card issuer that does not support profit withdrawals, a payment account not in your name, or an account that is not fully verified. The transaction screen shows the status; the support ticket gives the reason.

Can I cancel an Exness withdrawal?

No. Exness says a submitted withdrawal cannot be cancelled, so check the amount, method and destination before you confirm.

Why did I receive less than I requested?

Look for currency conversion and bank or network charges. Exness says it does not charge deposit or withdrawal processing fees, but certain payment methods and banks may (source).

Is there an Exness withdrawal problem today?

Exness does not publish a public outage page that we could find. If a method is missing from the Withdrawal tab, it is probably in provider maintenance; use another method or try later.

Can I withdraw without trading?

Exness reserves the right to investigate, cancel or add charges to withdrawals from accounts with no trading activity. Do not deposit only to move money through the account.
