Exness Chile: CMF Alert, CLP Deposits, Demo Account and Hours

Short answer: Chile is not named in Exness's list of countries it does not serve, so you can select it at registration and open a free demo. The Chilean peso (CLP) is not an Exness account currency, so a USD account with conversion costs is the usual route. Chile's financial regulator, the CMF, reportedly included Exness in an August 2026 alert about entities that are not registered or authorised to provide regulated financial services in Chile, so that fact belongs in your decision.

Is Exness available in Chile?

The CMF alert: what is known

The Comisión para el Mercado Financiero (CMF) supervises banks, insurers and the securities market in Chile and publishes public alerts on entities it says are not registered or authorised: cmfchile.cl.

• According to a chocale.cl article dated August 7, 2026, the CMF's alert lists seven entities that are "not registered or authorised to provide regulated financial services in Chile", and Exness is one of them. The same report says the CMF's advice is to check whether a firm is registered and supervised before investing, and to search for complaints about it.
• Search results indicate the alert is dated August 4, 2026. We could not open the CMF page, so read the original wording and date there.
• Exness operates through several group companies authorised by different financial regulators around the world. The company that serves you is named in your client agreement and in the footer of your Personal Area. Check the current list on Exness's regulation page and confirm it on the regulator's own register.

CLP is not an account currency: costs to expect

The account currency cannot be changed later, and conversions apply on every deposit and withdrawal in a different currency. In Chile that points to a USD account.

Compare what your bank or card charges to buy dollars with the rate it uses, and keep the statement. "Exness Webpay" and "Exness transferencia bancaria Chile" are common searches, and we could not confirm either method from public Exness pages. Demo account for Chilean traders

1. Register on the Exness website with your email and password.
2. Choose Chile as your country. It cannot be changed afterwards.
3. Confirm your email. A Standard MT5 demo with virtual funds is created.
