Short answer: Exness lists the Uzbekistani som (UZS) as an account currency for Standard, Pro, Raw Spread and Zero accounts, and Uzbekistan is on the list of 33 countries whose clients receive swap-free status automatically on all instruments. To start, register with your email and an Uzbek mobile number, verify identity and address, and try the free demo before funding a live account. Minimum deposits depend on account type and payment method. Offshore retail forex is not clearly regulated in Uzbekistan, which means you have no local regulator to turn to, as explained below.

Account currency: UZS or USD
Because UZS is listed, you can create an account in som and avoid converting deposits and withdrawals if your payment is also in som. The currency cannot be changed after the account is created, so choose carefully. Two things are worth weighing. First, a UZS account has a very large balance number relative to the position-size and margin figures most guides use in dollars, so use the trading calculator or convert to dollars when you plan risk. Second, many instruments are priced in dollars, so profit and loss are converted into your account currency at the rate in force. The position sizing guide explains how to size a trade from a stop-loss distance.
Swap-free status in Uzbekistan
Exness gives clients registered from Uzbekistan swap-free status automatically, across all instruments and every account type in the same Personal Area. You can check it under Trading conditions in the Personal Area. An overnight administrative fee may still apply on some instruments, so read the contract specification of anything you plan to hold for days. The Islamic account guide covers the details.
Legal position in Uzbekistan
The Central Bank of Uzbekistan supervises the banking and currency system, and the Capital Market Development Agency covers the securities market. We found no official statement that approves or bans retail trading with offshore forex brokers, and no local licence regime for them that we could verify. Secondary sources describe the position as unclear. In practice that means disputes with an offshore broker cannot be taken to a local financial regulator. Read the current notices at cbu.uz and ask a local lawyer if you need certainty.
Exness operates through several group companies authorised by different financial regulators around the world. The company that serves you is named in your client agreement and in the footer of your Personal Area. Check the current list on Exness's regulation page and confirm it on the regulator's own register. We could not verify which entity registers clients from Uzbekistan.

Picking an account for your plan
| If your priority is | Account to look at | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Learning with virtual funds | Demo | Live prices, no real money at stake |
| Small positions | Standard Cent | Cent lots; currencies are cent-denominated (e.g. USC); no demo version |
| Simple costs | Standard | No commission; spread is built in |
| Commission pricing | Raw Spread or Zero | Commission per lot; USD 200 minimum in some regions |
Spreads can vary and widen with market volatility, news and market open/close. Compare costs in the spread list and the minimum deposit guide. Leverage magnifies losses too; see the leverage guide and the stop-out guide.
Trading hours in Uzbekistan time
On Exness, major and minor forex pairs trade from Sunday 21:05 UTC to Friday 20:55 UTC, which is about 02:05 on Monday to 01:55 on Saturday in Uzbekistan, all year (the UTC times do not change with summer time). The London and New York overlap, usually the busiest period for major pairs and gold, falls at roughly 18:00 to 22:00 Uzbekistan time in winter. Pick a fixed window, set a daily loss limit and stop. For instrument hours see the trading hours guide.
Tax
Taxes in Uzbekistan are administered by the State Tax Committee (soliq.uz). We found no guidance on income from offshore CFD trading, so ask a local tax adviser. Keep dated records of deposits, withdrawals and statements.
Avoiding common mistakes
Most losses for new traders come from oversized positions, missing stop-losses and trading right through news releases. Spend the first weeks on the demo, risk a small fixed share of the account on each trade (1% is a common ceiling), and read the risk management guide. Be wary of Telegram channels that sell "signals", promise returns or ask for your login. Exness ended copy trading on 25 June 2026, so offers to copy Exness traders are not an Exness product.
