Short answer: Bolivia is not named in the list of places Exness says it does not serve, so you can try choosing Bolivia at registration and open a free demo account. The boliviano (BOB) is not an Exness account currency, so a Bolivian client holds a US dollar account and pays for converting bolivianos at the bank or provider. We found no ASFI statement that names Exness, and Spanish is not on the Exness support-language list, so read the legal section before depositing. Gold (XAUUSD) has its own hours, shown below in La Paz time.

Sources: the Exness Help Center (account currencies, minimum deposit, verification documents, contact, swap-free status, trading-hours update for the end of US daylight saving time), checked November 6, 2026; the footer wording published on the Exness Kenya site (exness.ke), because exness.com blocked our automated access; the Banco Central de Bolivia exchange-rate table and the ASFI notice of April 21, 2026. We did not open a Bolivian account or test deposits.
Is Exness available in Bolivia?
The Exness footer says its entities do not offer services to residents of certain jurisdictions, including the USA, Canada, Iran, North Korea, Europe and the United Kingdom, "and others". Bolivia is not named, but the list is open, so the country menu in the registration form is the final check. If you can select Bolivia, you can create a Personal Area and a demo account.
Exness decides by where you permanently and lawfully live (Help Center). We do not suggest choosing a country where you do not live.

Bolivianos and dollars: what a conversion costs
With no BOB account, the usual route is a USD account. If your bank or provider changes bolivianos into dollars before the money reaches Exness, that rate is a cost outside Exness. The Help Center advises depositing in the currency of your trading account, or checking the conversion rate first.
The Banco Central de Bolivia (bcb.gob.bo) lists an official rate of Bs 12.09 per US dollar in its table for October 31 to November 3, 2026. Your bank or exchange house can quote a different rate. A worked example at that official rate:
- To receive USD 100 you would need 100 x 12.09 = Bs 1,209.
- You receive exactly USD 100 only if the provider uses that rate; any gap between its selling and buying rates is your cost.
Ask for both the rate at which it sells dollars and the rate at which it buys them back; the gap is what a round trip costs before a single trade. Write the rate down for every deposit and withdrawal.
Gold (XAUUSD) from Bolivia
Searches for "Exness gold trading Bolivia" are about XAUUSD, which is quoted in US dollars, so a USD account avoids a second currency layer. Gold has its own hours: under the Exness schedule after US daylight saving ended, XAUUSD is closed on Sunday until 23:01:30 UTC, in close-only mode until 23:05:00 and open from then, and closes on Friday at 21:58 UTC (Help Center, article 31342732737180). In La Paz time (UTC-4) that is Sunday 19:05 and Friday 17:58. Gold can move sharply on news; see the gold trading guide.
Deposits, withdrawals and minimum deposit
The Help Center does not publish payment methods by country; the Deposit tab in your Personal Area lists what is available to you with limits and processing times. Payments must come from accounts in your own name. If your bank limits international payments, Exness cannot change that. See deposit and withdrawal methods and withdrawal time.
| Account type | First-deposit rule |
|---|---|
| Standard Cent, Standard | Low, based on the payment method and region |
| Pro, Raw Spread, Zero | At least USD 200 in some regions |
Each method also has its own minimum on every deposit. Read the minimum deposit guide and the stop out guide.
Is Exness legal in Bolivia?
What we could check:
- The Autoridad de Supervision del Sistema Financiero (ASFI) supervises the financial system. In a notice dated April 21, 2026 it said financial intermediation without authorisation is an offence under Law No. 393 on Financial Services and the Criminal Code, and warned about a fake website using its name; ASFI says it can be reached on 800103103 (asfi.gob.bo).
- We found no ASFI statement that names Exness and no rule on retail forex or CFD trading in what we could read, so we cannot say whether this activity is permitted, restricted or outside ASFI's scope. A Bolivian lawyer can say.
- Exness operates through several group companies authorised by different regulators. The company that serves you is named in your client agreement. See Exness regulation and confirm on the regulator's own register.
Tax treatment of foreign trading income is outside what we verified; ask a Bolivian accountant and keep records.
How to open an Exness account from Bolivia
- Register with your email, choose Bolivia as your country and set a password.

- Create a live account in USD (account types).
- Deposit a small amount from an account in your name and test a withdrawal early.
- Trade with a stop-loss on MT4, MT5 or the Exness Trade app.

Leverage, risk and scams
Maximum leverage depends on your equity and the entity serving you (leverage guide) and magnifies losses as well as gains. Be wary of anyone offering to "manage" your account or promising fixed returns, and never share your password or a one-time code.
