Short answer: Trinidad and Tobago is not named in the list of places Exness says it does not serve, so you can try choosing it at registration and open a free demo account. The Trinidad and Tobago dollar (TTD) is not an Exness account currency, so a local client holds a US dollar account and bears the cost of converting TTD. English is on the Exness support-language list. The Trinidad and Tobago Securities and Exchange Commission (TTSEC) publishes a registrant list and investor alerts that you can check yourself. Gold (XAUUSD) hours are shown below in local time.

Sources: the Exness Help Center (account currencies, swap-free list, contact, trading-hours update for the end of US daylight saving time, article 31342732737180), checked November 7, 2026; the footer wording published on the Exness Kenya site (exness.ke), because exness.com blocked our automated access; the TTSEC website. We did not open a local account or test deposits.
Is Exness available in Trinidad and Tobago?
The Exness footer says its entities do not offer services to residents of certain jurisdictions, including the USA, Canada, Iran, North Korea, Europe and the United Kingdom, "and others". Trinidad and Tobago is not named, but the list is open, so the country menu in the registration form is the final check. If you can select it, you can create a Personal Area and a demo account.
Exness decides by where you permanently and lawfully live (Help Center). We do not suggest choosing a country where you do not live.
| Question | Answer | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Is TTD an account currency? | No. It is not in the lists for Standard, Pro, Raw Spread or Zero | Help Center, "Trading account currencies" |
| Is USD an account currency? | Yes | Same article |
| English support? | Yes, 24/7; also Chinese, Thai, Vietnamese, Arabic, Hindi, Urdu | Help Center, "How do I contact Exness?" |
| Swap-free by country | Trinidad and Tobago is not on the list | Help Center, article 18055079599132 |
TTD and dollars: what a conversion costs
With no TTD account, the usual route is a USD account. If your bank or provider changes TTD into dollars before the money reaches Exness, that rate is a cost outside Exness. The Help Center advises depositing in the currency of your trading account, or checking the conversion rate first.
We did not retrieve a current official rate, so this example uses an illustrative rate that is not a quote. If a bank sold dollars at TT$6.80 per US dollar, then to receive USD 100 you would need 100 x 6.80 = TT$680. Ask for both the rate at which the bank sells dollars and the rate at which it buys them back; the gap is what a round trip costs before a single trade. Record the rate for every deposit and withdrawal.
Gold (XAUUSD) from Trinidad and Tobago
XAUUSD is quoted in US dollars, so a USD account avoids a second currency layer. Under the Exness schedule after US daylight saving ended on November 1, 2026, it is closed on Sunday until 23:01:30 UTC, in close-only mode until 23:05:00 and open from then; it closes on Friday at 21:58 UTC. From Monday to Thursday it pauses from 21:58 UTC and reopens at 23:02 UTC (Help Center, article 31342732737180). Trinidad and Tobago uses Atlantic Standard Time, UTC-4 all year (no daylight saving):
| Gold event | UTC | Port of Spain time |
|---|---|---|
| Weekly open | Sunday 23:05 | Sunday 19:05 |
| Daily break reopens | 23:02 | 19:02 |
| Weekly close | Friday 21:58 | Friday 17:58 |
Gold can move sharply on news; see the gold trading guide.
Deposits, withdrawals and minimum deposit
The Help Center does not publish payment methods by country; the Deposit tab in your Personal Area lists what is available to you with limits and processing times. Payments must come from accounts in your own name. Processing time differs by method, so check it in your Personal Area. See deposit and withdrawal methods and withdrawal time.
| Account type | First-deposit rule |
|---|---|
| Standard Cent, Standard | Low, based on the payment method and region |
| Pro, Raw Spread, Zero | At least USD 200 in some regions |
Read the minimum deposit guide and the stop out guide.
Is Exness legal in Trinidad and Tobago?
What we could check:
- The TTSEC says on its website that investors should make sure their broker-dealer and investment adviser are registered with it. It publishes a registrant listing, investor alerts and public notices of persons and entities not registered, including a notice dated August 18, 2025, and an investor alert on new investment scam tactics dated June 25, 2026.
- We did not find an entry naming Exness in the TTSEC pages we could search, and we found no TTSEC rule on retail forex or CFD trading with an offshore broker in what we read. Search the exact company name on the registrant listing yourself. We cannot say whether this activity is permitted or restricted; a local lawyer can.
- Exness operates through several group companies authorised by different regulators. The company that serves you is named in your client agreement. See Exness regulation and confirm on the regulator's own register.
Tax treatment of foreign trading income is outside what we verified; ask a local accountant.

Leverage, risk and scams
Maximum leverage depends on your equity and the entity serving you (leverage guide) and magnifies losses as well as gains. Be wary of anyone offering to "manage" your account or promising fixed returns, and never share your password or a one-time code.
